~ Ride the Alaska Railroad from Fairbanks to Denali (rental car company provides transfer to train)

~ Picked up at the Denali train station and checked into Denali rental vehicle~

~ Enjoy a white-water rafting trip or scenic river float trip down the Nenana River ~

~ Have dinner at an Alaskan BBQ- Salmonbake~

~ Day 3

~Have breakfast at Bed and Breakfast * ~

~Pick up a picnic backpack lunch for your day in Denali National Park~

~Spend the day viewing wildlife and exploring Denali National Park ~

~Ride the Shuttle Bus to Wonder Lake in Denali National Park (travel to the end of the park road) ~

~ Enjoy the local sled dog presentation~

~ Return rental car - transportation provided to the Denali train station~

~ Day 5

~ Take a one hour flight seeing tour of Mt. McKinley and the Alaska Range ~

~ Have lunch at the historical Talkeetna Roadhouse~

~Explore the history of Talkeetna on a walking tour and visit the local museum~

~ Day 6

~ Ride the Alaska Railroad from Talkeetna to Anchorage (transportation provided to car rental)~

~Check into a new model rental vehicle in Anchorage - with unlimited miles~
