Reservation terms and conditions

Reservations & Prices
Once the itinerary has been decided upon we ask that a deposit is applied to your tour cost. You can pay for the deposit via personal check or credit card. We ask a deposit of $400 for 8 day tours; $500 for any tour 9 days or more. Final payment needs to be received 60 days prior to travel, unless other arrangements have been made. Guests are responsible for their own flight to and from destination cities, where your tour begins and ends.

Cancellation Policies:
1. The refundable portion of a deposit is limited to 50%. In the event of cancelation, the full deposit may be applied toward any future tour booked through RMA.
2. Within 30 days prior to travel/ refund is not guaranteed. Rainbow Mountain Adventures will refund according to each individual Alaskan business and their personal policy.

Tour Costs:
1. Based on shared accommodations —Double occupancy, subject to availability.
2. Single rated are based on availability.
3. Rates for children vary depending on age.

Disclaimer:
Rainbow Mountain Adventures reserves the right to make changes on any tour based upon unforeseen circumstances and safety factors. We are not responsible for the weather, or others costs associated with events beyond our control.

All tours include lodging, transportation, day tours, guiding, equipment use, transportation, 2-3 meals per day.

Each traveler is responsible for travel to and from destination cities where tour begins and ends.

Add-on day fishing trips available on all tours.
Alternative day tours available for any non-fishing travel partner.

Pricing subject to availability and changes in tour itinerary. Taxes, fishing license and tags not included.
